4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
44bmw provides easy and secure payment facilities through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking and banking channels. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used at the time of deposit.
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements have been met.
- Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended for the duration of the investigation.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirements apply when this bonus is claimed.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the combined total of the deposit and bonus. This means the full amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example:
- If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus (total ৳3,000).
- Before withdrawing, you must complete ৳3,000 × 15 = ৳45,000 in wagers.
Expiry details for each bonus will be stated separately in the respective bonus offer. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
5.3 VIP Program
44bmw has four VIP tiers, determined by a user's activity and loyalty:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Detailed rules on advancing through VIP tiers and how cashback is calculated are published separately on the platform. 44bmw reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms at any time.
5.4 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus applies once per household / device / IP address.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- A bonus may only be used in the currency in which it was issued.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
44bmw is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or place bets.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Colluding with other users to place strategic bets or manipulate games.

Engaging in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances in the account may be forfeited.
